    How to prepare the Min pao

    1. First we place in a bowl 560 gr unprepared flour, 11 gr of dry yeast, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 30 gr of White sugar, 320 ml milk and 30 gr of oil.
    2. Now we beat all ingredients with the help of a mixer with blades to knead for 2 minutes at minimum speed.
    3. After the previous step we beat the ingredients at medium speed for 8 minutes.
    4. Once the whipping process is done, we place the dough on a board and knead it until it forms a large bun.
    5. Now we grease a large bowl with oil and we place the mass, cover with a wet dryer and let it rest for 1 hour.
    6. When the rest time has passed, we place the mass again in a table and we give roll shape.
    7. Then we cut the roll into 50 gr portions, stretch the portions, fill them with the filling that we like the most, seal them by joining the ends in the middle and let them rest covered for 45 minutes.
    8. Finally after time we place the masses in a steamer to cook for 10 minutes and CLEVER!
