The concept of absolution<\/strong> (whose origin is found in the Latin word absolute<\/em>) describe the fact absolve<\/strong>, a verb that refers to the action of stripping of criminal responsibility<\/strong> to anyone who has been accused of a certain crime or, in the case of a civil proceeding, to disregard the claims included in a lawsuit<\/strong>. In a more general sense, it can be said that absolve is leave someone free of charges or obligations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Absolution\"From the perspective of Christianity<\/strong>, the absolution consists of forgive sins<\/strong> of those who are sorry for their bad behavior. In this way, absolution means cleansing the sinner and giving him a new opportunity without considering the faults he may have incurred.<\/p>\n

This religious practice, carried out by priests, is inspired by the indult that Jesus Christ<\/strong> bestowed upon sinners. The rite consists of the sinner confessing his faults before a priest, who establishes a penance for him and absolves his faults. Although in principle the penance was public, from the Middle Ages<\/strong> the priests began to grant absolution in private.<\/p>\n

In this specific case, the way for a believer to receive absolution from the priest for the sins he may have committed is for him to go to church and decide there to confess individually. Once he has explained what was committed and is repentant, the religious will impose a penance with which, in this way, he obtains that aforementioned absolution.<\/p>\n

In this sense, we can establish that the parish priest must comply with what is called the secret of confession. A term with which it is expressed that he will not be able to reveal under any circumstances, and even if his life is in danger, what has been made known to him by a person who has made use of his right to individual confession.<\/p>\n

Instead, protestants<\/strong> they are confessed through a prayer carried out by the entire congregation. After its pronunciation, the pastor announces absolution.<\/p>\n

For all that has been said, we can affirm that there are multiple types of absolution, both at the religious level and in other areas. The sacramental absolution<\/strong>For example, it consists of the freedom and forgiveness that the confessor grants to the penitent.<\/p>\n

In the field of Law, the use of acquittal is also used. In this specific case, and in a general way, we can establish that said term would come to define a judicial sentence by which it is established that a person is not guilty of the crime or offense that had been imputed to him, that is, that he is innocent.<\/p>\n

The fact that such a decision is issued will bring with it, among its main consequences, that that citizen sees the end of the preventive prison sentence to which he could have been subjected, that the bail he could have been given is returned and that the the measures that were established to prevent him from fleeing the country. <\/p>\n

The acquittal of the claim<\/strong> It consists of the resolution of a lawsuit that favors the defendant; the acquittal of positions<\/strong>, for its part, consists of the process marked by the action under oath of the litigant against the questioning of the other party involved in the matter.<\/p>\n

The acquittal in the instance<\/strong>Likewise, it revolves around the pronouncement that is carried out in the sentence when a court or judge hides behind a procedural exception and resolves to refrain from solving the merits.
