Nutritional value of Fuchifú Soup
Chinese onion is one of the foods with the highest nutritional contribution for our body as it provides a good amount of vitamins Y minerals that helps our Cardiovascular system.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon minced ginger
- Water
- 200 gr of chicken bones
- 4 Chinese onion stalks
- 500 gr of pork bones
- 500 gr of chicken bones
- 150 gr of Chinese cabbage
- 4 tablespoons of potato starch dissolved in water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon Chinese onion, minced
- salt to taste
How to prepare the Fuchifú Soup
- First we boil 1/2 pot with water until it boils.
- Once the previous step is done we add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 4 stems of Chinese onion, 500 grams of pork bones, 500 grams of chicken bones and let it cook for 45 minutes over medium heat.
- Now once cooked we strain the broth and we reserve.
- Then in that broth we place 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, 150 g of Chinese cabbage and let it cook for 20 minutes.
- After time we remove the cabbage and the ginger and gradually add 4 tablespoons of potato starch dissolved in water until the broth thickens.
- Add little by little to the broth 2 egg whites and beat until they form white threads.
- Finally, once done the previous step, we add salt to taste, 1 tablespoon Chinese onion, minced, we let it cook 1 minute more and CLEVER!

Secret
Try adding it at the end of the soup preparation a few drops of soy to give you a taste even more delicious.
