    How to prepare the Arequipa Chaque

    1. First in a pot add 1 splash of oil, 1 onion diced, 2 garlic cloves finely chopped and fry the ingredients until the onion have transparent color.
    2. Then we add 2 tablespoons of chili pepper ground, we mix with the ingredients and we let it cook until it has a darker color.
    3. Now we add 2 tablespoons of chopped pore, 1 celery sprig chopped, mix all the ingredients and place 4 beef ribs, we mix the ingredients again and let it cook, covering the pot for 2 minutes.
    4. Once the previous step has been carried out, add to the pot 2 1/2 liters of hot boiled water and we let it cook for 40 minutes.
    5. After time we add to the pot 1/4 of wheat legs pre-cooked, 4 mashed potatoes, 3 smashed carrots, 1 sliced ​​corn, 1/4 of black chuño in small pieces, 1/2 kilo of washed tripe and let it cook covered until it boils.
    6. Now we add squash in pieces to taste, 1 handful of green beans, 1/2 chopped cabbage without veins, salt to taste, pepper to taste and mix all the ingredients.
    7. Then we add 1 branch of peppermint, 1 teaspoon oregano and let it boil for 10 minutes.
    8. Finally we taste the salt and add more if necessary, we add parsley chopped and coriander chopped to taste, serve on a plate and CLEVER!
