Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 150 gr of sugar
- 110 g of unprepared flour
- cocoa powder
- 5 g of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- 1/2 stick of butter in pieces
- 700 ml milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 400 gr of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
How to prepare the 3 milk chocolate cake
Step 1
First in a bowl we place 5 eggs and beat with the help of a mixer at maximum speed for 3 minutes slowly adding 150 gr of sugar and we reserve the punch.
Step 2
Now in another bowl we place a filter on top and add 110 gr of flour unprepared, 40 gr of cocoa powder, 5 g of baking powder and we move it until the ingredients fall into the bowl.
Step 3
Then we integrate all the ingredients and we mix it with the punch that we previously made.

Now we add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence and we mix all the ingredients.

Once the previous step is done, we place the mixture in a source previously buttered and sprinkled with cocoa.

We place the source in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °. While the preparation is baking, place in a pot, 1/2 bar of Butter in pieces, 50 gr of cocoa powder, 400 ml milk and we integrate the ingredients.

Now we add to the pot 1 cup of cream of milk, 400 gr of condensed milk, we re-integrate the ingredients and we let them cook until they boil and we reserve.
Step 8
Then we take the cake out of the oven and make holes in it with a toothpick and add the cream we just made.
Step 9
Once the previous step is done, let it cool down and refrigerate for one night.
Finally in a small bowl we place 300 gr of milk, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and beat it at maximum speed and then add this preparation over the Biscuit previously chilled and CLEVER!
