something
In order to know the meaning of the term something, the first thing we are going to do is discover its etymological origin. In this case, it must be emphasized that it is a word that derives from Latin, more precisely from “aliquod”, which is the neutral accusative of the pronoun “aliquis, aliqua”.
It's about a indefinite pronoun: a kind of word that lacks grammatical definiteness and that alludes to the correspondence with a certain class.
Something is used to refer to what is not in terms from to name or that you don't want to. For example: "I'm going to eat something before I go back to work.", "Excuse me, but there is something that strikes me in your story", "I feel like I have to do something to help my father.".If we analyze the first example, the person who speaks announces that he will eat "something" but it does not define what. This is possibly because you have not yet chosen what your meal will be. Something similar happens in the third example: it is probable that the subject wants to collaborate with his father but cannot determine how he will do it. In the second example, the speaker warns the interlocutor that "something" It is strange to him, without wanting to detail what it is that generates doubts.
The pronoun can also refer to a certain amount which is not specified. Typically, it is a small amount or a percentage of a total: "The boss gave me some money, but he still did not complete the payment that we had agreed to", "I'm going to give you something to help you cover the costs of the operation.", "I still can't see the river: there is something left to get there".
Something, finally, is linked to what is a little or it is done up to a certain level: "I'm a little tired, but I'm still going to the party", "I speak Italian and German perfectly and also Sunday some English".

It is considered one of the best known songs by that artist along with others such as "Living is like this is dying of love", "For love" or "Forgive me."
